Jason Ladd started Xtreme Bounce and Slide in 2004 with 3 inflatables and a vision to bring joy to Central Florida families. Jason's background in coaching AAU and high school baseball, combined with his wife's career as a middle school teacher, provided decades of experience working with children. With 3 children and 3 grandchildren, the family understands what makes memorable celebrations. The company expanded from 3 to 250+ inflatables between 2004 and 2023. The years 2017-2023 marked the largest growth milestones, reaching 250 units and serving event number 35,000.
